1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using this website, purchasing a reservation, or attending Black Eden Weekend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase a reservation.

2. ABOUT THE EVENT

Black Eden Weekend is an annual Juneteenth celebration hosted by Black Eden Weekend, Inc. in Idlewild, Michigan. The event takes place June 18–21, 2026. Event programming, schedule, and activities are subject to change.

3. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS

All reservations are processed through our authorized ticketing platform. A reservation confirms your spot type (campsite, RV spot, or bell tent) but does not guarantee a specific location within the venue. Spot assignments are made based on attendance numbers and operational logistics.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reservation. By completing a purchase, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by the attendee. In the event Black Eden Weekend, Inc. cancels or postpones the event due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances outside our control — including but not limited to natural disaster, government order, or public health emergency — we will offer a credit toward a future event or partial refund at our discretion. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data usage apply based on your mobile plan. Black Eden Weekend, Inc. does not charge for SMS messages directly.

6. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

By attending Black Eden Weekend, you grant Black Eden Weekend, Inc. and its authorized representatives an irrevocable, royalty-free license to photograph, film, and record your likeness and voice at the event. This content may be used for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes across any medium, including social media, without additional compensation or notice.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify event staff upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee exclusion from all event media.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and the land with respect. Black Eden Weekend, Inc. reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for behavior that is unsafe, harassing, or disruptive to the community experience.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY

Attendance at Black Eden Weekend involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, outdoor activities, weather conditions, and physical activity. By attending, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Black Eden Weekend, Inc., its officers, employees, and volunteers harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and event branding — is the property of Black Eden Weekend, Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. PRIVACY
